Today's workplace demands that employees – from CEOs to secretaries – be computer literate. Without basic computer skills, employees are left behind, and a business' bottom line suffers. Now Pennsylvanians can get an ICDL* – the world's leading basic skills computer certification through Project TIME.

Students take a series of courses – and are tested on their knowledge. Upon successful completion, they receive a certification recognized in over 100 countries.

*ICDL stands for International Computer Driving License.

Pennsylvania residents in Philadelphia County and in the area of Centre, Clinton and Potter counties are invited to apply now!

Free ICDL testing – is available to the first 500 rural (vicinity of Centre, Clinton and Potter counties) and 500 urban (Philadelphia County) students enrolled in the program. Courses are available online, on CD-Rom and through classroom instruction. >>View cost information.
