City, rural partners team up to offer world's leading computer certification to Pennsylvanians

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Foundation Inc. and its partners, the Philadelphia Mayor's Commission on Technology and the Rural Collaborative (K-CNet, Lock Haven University and the Potter County Education Council), have teamed up to offer the world's leading computer certification program, the ICDL. Recognized as the standard in computer literacy worldwide, Pennsylvanians can now prove to their current and future employers that they have the basic skills to operate a computer. And in today's tech-savvy world, few things could be more important.
